About the role

Join a regional Aboriginal community organisation to support Social Workers and Case Managers delivering essential mental health and social care services. Provide leadership, supervision, and collaborative clinical input.

• Oversee clinical practice for a team of 13

• Lead regular team and allocation meetings

• Collaborate with hospitals and visiting psychiatrists

Skills & experience

• Social Work degree and current registration

• Team leadership or clinical supervision experience

• Skilled in casework and mental health frameworks

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Cultural awareness or Aboriginal health experience welcomed
